TRAVISMATHEW ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

TravisMathew has partnered with eSSENTIAL Accessibility to support its ongoing efforts to improve the accessibility of its website. We are committed to providing a digital experience that incorporates assistive technology for individuals who may have difficulty typing, gesturing, moving a mouse or reading, and that is developed with accessibility considerations in mind to support a broad range of user needs.

TravisMathew aims to ensure that new and updated website content aligns with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative’s (WAI) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level A and AA. To support this, TravisMathew works with third-party partners who apply accessibility best practices in the creation and management of website content. We have implemented a programme of automated monitoring and are undertaking manual and functional testing to identify and address accessibility issues across key user journeys. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we continue to review and improve our website over time.

Our goal is to make the content and functionality of https://www.travismathew.co.uk accessible and usable for as many users as possible. We are continually working to enhance the usability of our site for people of all abilities.

Our website is developed using recognised industry practices to support accessibility, including consideration for screen reader users, keyboard navigation, users with low or impaired vision, and other accessibility needs. While we strive to follow best practices, we recognise that there may be areas of the site that can be improved, and we are committed to addressing these over time.

The eSSENTIAL Accessibility application featured on our website is provided as a free assistive technology tool to support users who may have difficulty typing, gesturing, moving a mouse or reading. It includes features such as alternative input methods, voice recognition, speech enablement, and hands-free navigation. This application is intended to support accessibility for users and forms part of our broader approach, alongside ongoing improvements to the website itself.

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website or have feedback on how we can improve your experience, please contact us at customerserviceeu@travismathew.com. We will review feedback and aim to address any issues identified.
