Shipping Delays Due to Severe Weather in Northern Germany

Due to severe weather conditions in northern Germany, where our warehouse is located, we are currently experiencing significant operational and shipping disruptions.

Continuous heavy snowfall, worsening conditions, and an expected storm have led to major impacts on public transport, roads, and logistics infrastructure. As a result:

  • Warehouse operations in will be very limited, with reduced staffing and output.
  • Shipments to our online customers may be delayed from today onwards.
  • Parcel carriers and freight forwarders are operating at very limited capacity, with some pick-ups suspended.

Should you select express delivery, we charge a fixed rate as outlined in the rates and delivery terms above. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and applied on checkout.

Shipping To Europe

Shipping to Europe is temporarily suspended until further notice. We recommend that our customers regularly check this page for any updates on this matter.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are despatched within 6-8 business days. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you will received a shipment confirmation e-mail with tracking information. Transit times may vary depending on the delivery destination that you have selected. Please refer to our delivery terms above and track your order for a more accurate estimate.
